How to reproduce:
- Drag a property from the new Blackboard to the graph
- duplicate or Copy/paste this property
- Notice that the property operator is properly duplicated
- Look in the inspector
- Notice that the Property is also duplicated with a number increment to the name
Expected result:
The Property shouldn't be duplicated in the Blackboard when Copy/paste/Duplicating a property operator in the Graph.
Actual Result:
The property are duplicated in the Blackboard when their operator counter part are being duplicated.
