UI Toolkit Samples: Misaligned C# Section vs. UXML Fields

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Create a new project
2.  Open the UI Toolkit Samples window
3.  Select RadioButton/Toggle button
4. Observe the alignment of the top UI and the C# section

Actual results: The C# sections is misalignment with UXML fields above it

Expected results: Consistent UI Alignment

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.43f1, 6000.1.0b12, 6000.2.0a7

Tested on (OS): Windows 11
