Shadergraph: Added new manipulator for ShaderGraph MainPreview to fix wrong drag handing on OSX

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP project
2. Create any Shader Graph and open it
3. Right-click on a Main Preview tab and change its type to "Cube"
4. Move the mouse inside the Main Preview tab
Expected results: The preview is not rotated and can be rotated only when clicking and dragging the mouse button
Actual results: The preview is rotating on mouse movement without holding a button
