Search: Unity Search documentation link opens wrong version documentation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new project
2. Go to "Window" menu item, select "Search", select "New Window"
3. Click on the help icon (little question mark) in the search input field

Expected result: Unity Search documentation should be opened for 2023.1 version

Actual result:  Unity Search documentation is opened for 2021.3 version. Added screenshot in the "Attachments" section.
