Externalize and Show Generated buttons are missing from VFX Inspector when project is restarted

In the project create a new VFX Graph
Select Graph and observe its Inspector - it contains Externalize, Select Show Generated buttons
Close project
Open project
Select recently created VFX and observe its Inspector

Actual result - there's no 'Show Generated' and 'Externalize' buttons

Note:

Effect has to be recompiled to show Externalize and Show Generated buttons
Looks like Show Generated is missing some words. SG equivalent is 'View Generate Shader'
