"Learn more" link in selectors window doesn't work

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2.  Go to Window -> UI Toolkit -> UI Builder
3.  Click "Add new selector"
4. In the newly opened window, click "Learn more" link
5. Observe the result

Actual results: Nothing happens, just the window closes.

Expected results: "Selector precedence" manuals for the correct Unity version should be opened.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a9

Not reproducible with versions: -
