Performing Redo Create Empty Parent Object action resets Default Parent object in the Scene

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Open the "TestScene"
3. Select the "GameObject" in the Hierarchy
4. Right-click and select Set as Default Parent
5. Select the "GameObject(1)" in the Hierarchy
6. Right-click and select Create Empty Parent
7. Undo Empty Parent Creation
8. Redo Empty Parent Creation
9. Observe the "GameObject" in the Hierarchy window

Actual results: "GameObject" is no longer in bold, and the Default Parent object in the Scene is reset

Expected results: "GameObject" remains marked in bold, signalling that it is the Default Parent object

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.66f1, 6000.0.56f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a6

Tested on (OS): macOS 15.6.1
