How to reproduce:
- Open the “ScrollViewAnimation.zip” project
- Open the “SampleScene“
- Open the Device Simulator window
- Enter Play Mode
- Select the “Test“ GameObject
- Change the “Framerate” value to any between 1 and 100 in the inspector
- Scroll with the Left Mouse Button in the Device Simulator
- Repeat step 6 and observe the Device Simulator
Expected results: On lower framerate, scroll offset is equally as long as on higher framerate
Actual results: On lower framerate, scroll offset is much shorter than on higher framerate
Reproducible in: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.15f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0a18
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Note: It is easier to see the difference when the framerate is changed from 100 to 60 to 30 to 15 to 5
