Steps to reproduce:

Create a project
Add "Cube" to the "Hierarchy" window
Select it and go to the "Inspector" tab
Click the preset icon in the "Mesh Renderer" section
Create a new preset
Gow to the "Project" window and double-click it
Click the first "?" icon next to the "UnityEngine.MeshRenderers Presets"

Actual result: The link opens 2023.2 manuals. Video added in the "Attachments" section.

Expected result: The link should open 2023.3 manuals.
