Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project user's project "WebGL-Resolution-Test.zip"
2. Build and Run for WebGL
3. Observe Player Resolutions shown
4. Open the built Index.html
5. Uncomment "matchWebGLToCanvasSize: false," and save changes
6. Refresh the webpage
7. Observe Player Resolutions shown
Actual result: Screen resolution lowers to "2294 x 960"
Expected result: Screen resolution does not change stays at the monitors size
Reproducible with: 2022.3.71f1, 6000.0.66f1, 6000.3.8f1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a5
Environment tested: Windows 11 24H2

-Tested with a monitor using a resolution of 3440x1440
