Light gizmo stays enabled in prefab mode when the Disable Gizmo option is on

Repro steps (check video for visual repro) :

• make a new project
• create a prefab with a game object and a directional light object
• inspect the prefab in prefab mode
• try to disable the gizmos
• notice that the light gizmo still stays on-screen

Expected result: with the disable gizmos option, all gizmos should disappear, except for the transform gizmo.

Not reproducible on 2023.2.0b7 or 2023.3.0a2
