Can't type the letter f

Steps to reproduce:

Actual results: No letter appears

Expected results: f appears

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.23f1

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.22f1, 2022.3.49f1

Can't test with versions: 2021.3, not supported on Ubuntu 24.

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04
Does not reproduce on WIndows or MacOS

Notes:

Tried 3 keyboards, and also reproduced by someone else on my team.
Attached .mp4 of this occurring with screenkey running to show keyboard inputs.
As a workaround, you can copy + paste the letter f in.
Shortcuts seem to work fine, tried F, Ctrl+Shift+F and Ctrl+Alt+F shortcuts on scene gameobjects.
