Universal 3D samples template’s documentation link is plaintext and does nothing when clicked in the “Sky and fog” tutorial

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D samples template
2. Select the "Graphical features" tutorial in the Tutorials window
3. Select the "Sky and fog" tutorial in the Tutorials window
4. Navigate to the 3rd step in the "Sky and fog" tutorial
5. Observe the step 3/3 in the "Sky and fog" tutorial

Actual results: "For more information, you can check out the href="https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/sky.html"documentation" and the documentation hyperlink does nothing when clicked

Expected results: The documentation button is clickable and leads to the documentation

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.75f1, 6000.3.15f1, 6000.4.7f1, 6000.5.0b8

Can’t test with versions: 2023.1.0a3 (due to no Tutorials window), 6000.6.0a5 (due to no Universal 3D samples template)

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3
