Long project name in Splash Screen is cut off but not truncated

The current launch screen doesn't support project name truncation. It's something we'll consider when we plan further launch screen work.

Steps to reproduce:

Actual results: The project name is cut off, but not truncated

Expected results: If the project name is cut off, it needs to be truncated

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.59f1, 6000.2.7f1, 6000.3.0b4, 6000.4.0a1

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6.1
