Crash on GetMaterialPropertyByIndex when opening a specific Scene

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the “user’s attached project”
2. Press anywhere after the project opens
3. Observe the crash

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.0b16, 6000.0.32f1, 6000.1.0a9
Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.55f1, 6000.0.0b15

Reproducible on: macOS 15.1.1 (Intel), macOS 15.1 (M1 Max), Windows 11 (by the reporter)
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
