Double separation lines are present in Override Controls in a DefaultVolumeProfile Asset

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new URP Project
2. In the Project Browser go to the "Settings" directory and select "Default Volume Profile"
3. Near any of the overrides click on the kebab menu (⁝), deselect so the menu disappears and then click on it again
4. Observe separation lines between options

Actual results: In a Default Volume Profile, on second entry into the kebab menu, a double separation line is present

Expected results: Single line is used

Reproducible with versions: 2023.3.0b1, 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.6f1, 6000.2.0b4

Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.63f1,  2023.3.0b19 (Before Context Menu rework was pulled)
