Reproduction steps:
- Open the attached “Great Fleece” project
- Click on Window → Procedural Worlds → Gaia → Show Gaia Manager
- In the Gaia Manager window select the “Standart” and “2. Create World” tabs
- In the Gaia Manager window press the “Create World Designer” button
- In the Hierarchy select “World Designer” GameObject
- In the Inspector press on “Generate World” button
Expected result: New terrain is generated
Actual result: Editor crashes

Not reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.14f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0a1

1. Crash can also occur during steps 4, 5 and 6.
2. Almost after each step there’s a prompt with various warnings and/or information, it’s recommended to always press “Yes” if available, however, it won’t affect the issue.
