"Check for Updates" Fails to Connect to Update Server

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Create a new project
2.  Navigate to Help > Check for Updates
3.  Observe the behaviour in the popup window

Actual results: Connection to the Update server failed

Expected results: The request connection to the Update server is successful

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a7

Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS 15.5
