Virtual Texturing Profiler Module: documentation link broken & icon is oversized if multi-monitor with different DPIs

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Open the Profiler window (Window > Analysis > Profiler)
3. Dock the Profiler window somewhere visible
4. Enter Play Mode for a few seconds to record Profiler data
5. Exit Play Mode
6. Select the Virtual Texturing module
7. Observe the documentation button in the Virtual Texturing module
8. Clock the documentation button

Actual results: The documentation button doesn't link to an actual documentation page, and it is oversized and not consistent with other Editor documentation buttons

Expected results: The documentation button links to an actual documentation page and its size is consistent and not oversized

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.71f1, 6000.3.11f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b1, 6000.6.0a1

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3, Ubuntu 24.04
