"Updated to x" message is logged the same number of times as the "Update" button was clicked in the "A new version of Assistant is available" pop-up

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Install the older version of AI Assistant package
3. Open the AI Assistant
4. Click the "Update" button a couple of times in the "A new version of Assistant is available" pop-up
5. Wait for the update to finish and observe the Console

Expected results: The "Updated to x" message is logged only once
Actual results: "Updated to x" message is logged is logged the same amount of time the "Update" button was clicked
