Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project using empty Universal 3D Template
2. Create Cube and Sphere GO in Hierarchy window
3. Select Cube GO
4. In Inspector window add LOD Group Component
5. Select green “LOD 0”
6. In Renderers press “Add”
7. Select Cube GO
8. Press on “Add” again
9. Select Sphere
10. In “Reparent GameObjects” pop-up press “Yes, Reparent”
11. Press Undo 3 times (Command+Z)
12. Observe the Console window
Actual results: Warning is thrown in the Console window "Child GameObject 'Sphere' was not registered into undo system and became dangling during an undo operation.
Use Undo.RegisterCreatedObjectUndo to correctly add a child GameObject which can be handled by the undo system. UnityEditor.EditorApplication:Internal_CallGlobalEventHandler ()"
Expected results: No warnings should be thrown in the Console when doing undo shortcut
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.59f1, 6000.2.7f1, 6000.3.0b4, 6000.4.0a1
Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS Tahoe 26.0 (M1)
