Cancelling 6000.1 ports due to end of life

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Change Editor Theme to Light (Edit > Preferences… > General)
3. Install Visual Effects package (Window > Package Management > Package Manager)
4. Create Visual Effect Asset and open it
5. Click on any of the Contexts and observe Context name in the Inspector
Actual results: Context name is bright color and hard to read
Expected results: Context name is dark color and easy to read
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.52f1, 6000.1.9f1, 6000.2.0b7, 6000.3.0a1
Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.52f1, 2022.3.62f1 (Context name has no color in the Inspector)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro
