Baking ETA and bake performance stats are not shown when Progressive Updates are off

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any existing project, or download the one attached (BakingETABug01.zip)
2. In the Lighting window, make sure the Progressive Updates toggle is unchecked
3. Initiate a bake
4. Notice that at the bottom of the Lighting window that bake performance stats and ETA are not shown; ETA is also missing from the progress bar

• Bake statistics are shown after the bake
