Paragraph formatting in the the HDRP Sample Scene Tutorials is missing

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new 3D Sample Scene (HDRP) project
2. Open the “SampleScene” scene
3. In the toolbar click Tutorials → Show Tutorials
4. In the Tutorials window open any tutorials, e.g. Physically Based Lighting page 2
5. Observe the paragraphs

Expected results: The paragraphs are formatted - separated with the empty lines between them
Actual results: The paragraphs are not formatted and are hard to read

Not reproducible with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.29f1, 6000.0.0b14
