Build Analysis: Foldout interaction does not follow Unity Style Guide

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Create one or a few builds for the project
3. Go to  Window → Analysis → Build Analysis 
4. Select one build entry and view the populated details on the right
5. Expand "Build Steps" section
6. Click on any other foldout text (not foldout arrow) in the section
7. Observe the result

Actual results: Interaction is limited or inconsistent when clicking the text label

Expected results: Clicking anywhere on the Foldout Label or the Arrow should toggle the expansion state

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0a5

Can’t test with versions: 6000.6.0a4 has no needed new functionality

Tested on (OS): Tahoe 26.4.1
