Decal with animated custon texture not refresh in game view

The bug is visible in the River scene of the water system demo:

• create a custom render texure graph with animated UV.
• create material with the graph
• create custom texture
• apply it to a decal (affecting transparent)
• set the update mode of the decal to realtime
• Uv animation is visible in the scene view but not in the game view
