Crash on GetCLRRuntimeHost when opening a specific project with CoreCLR scripting backend

How to reproduce:
0. Ensure that the CoreCLR scripting backend module is installed for the Editor version being used
1. Open the attached “IN-142477.zip” project
2. Continue through all the dialogs that might appear
3. Observe the crash

Reproducible in: 6000.6.0a5
Could not test with: 6000.0.75f1, 6000.3.16f1, 6000.4.6f1, 6000.5.0b8 (CoreCLR Editor is a new feature in 6000.6)

Note: Versions 6000.6.0a1-6000.6.0a4 produce a silent crash
