The "Show Splash Screen" setting is shared across the different platforms.

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IN-57948.zip"
2. Open Edit>Project Settings...
3. Select the Player tab
4. Enable Splash Image>Show Slapsh Screen in the Windows, Mac, Linux settings
5. Select the Universal Windows Platform settings

Expected results: Show Splash Screen is disabled
Actual results: Show Splash Screen is enabled

Reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.11f1, 2023.1.17f1, 2023.2.0b14, 2023.3.0a11

Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
