Wrong scene-color sampling when injecting a custom pass on `Before PostProcess`

The fix is too risky for 2021.3 LTS

Steps to reproduce:

Open attached project
Open the "OutdoorScene" scene.
Select the "Main Camera" and enable the "Allow Dynamic Resolution" toggle (under "Rendering").
Hit Play.

Actual results: The HD Scene color is sampled but using the wrong RTHandles scale-factors.

Expected results: The result shouldn't really change aside from DRS artifacts.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.12f1, 2022.3.37f1, 2021.3.40f1

Not reproducible with versions: -

Notes:

The behaviour of `HDSceneColorNode` seems to be wrong when injecting a custom Post-Process pass on the `Before Post Process` injection-post.
