Shader Graph's Template Window Breaks and starts stuttering when Search Query has 4 or more Blocks

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a URP 3D Project
2. In the Project Browser create a Shader Graph "From Template"
3. In the Template Window's Search add 4 Category Query Blocks divided by OR Operators
4. Observe the "No template found" message
5. In the Top Right corner of the Window change Sort Type

Actual results: If 4 Category Blocks are entered in the Search the Templates will take a long time to load, if user changes Sort Type while this is happening, the Templates List UI will break

Expected results: Templates are shown almost immediately

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a8, 6000.5.0b10, 6000.6.0a6

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.76f1, 6000.3.16f1, 6000.4.9f1, 6000.5.0a7 (Templates list is immediately populated)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11
