Visual Glitches and artificing are unfortunately common while resizing. While it has gotten a bit worse recently, it is because a previous way to prevent it caused other issues.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a new Unity project
In the Hierarchy window, create a Raw Image via Right-click > UI > Raw Image
Select the Raw Image
In the Inspector, click the Color field
In the AuxWindow (Color Picker), collapse and uncollapse any of the dropdowns (e.g., Swatches, Defaults)
Observe the window behavior

Actual results: The window height resizes with visible artifacts and glitches

Expected results: The window should resize smoothly without any visual glitches or UI artifacts
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.49f1, 6000.0.53f1, 6000.1.12f1, 6000.2.0b10, 6000.3.0a2

Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.48f1

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 22.04
