This is a minor UI issue and will not be backported to 6000.4
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Hierarchy, create any GameObject
3. Open the Animation window (Window -> Animation -> Animation)
4. With the GameObject selected, click "Create" in the Animation window
5. Open Animator window (Window > Animation > Animator)
6. Create an empty State Node and make sure there’s transition between Entity node > New State node
7. Rename “New State” node to a longer name, for example: “TESTINGTESTINGTESTINGTESTINGTESTING”
8. Press on “Entry” node
9. Observe the “Default state” name in Inspector window
Actual results: Longer “Default state” name is not truncated in Inspector window Expected results: Longer “Default state” name is truncated in Inspector window
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.65f1, 6000.3.4f1, 6000.4.0b4, 6000.5.0a4
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Tahoe 26.2
