Accessibility frames reset when the application window is moved or resized on desktop platforms

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project
2. Add an empty game object to the scene
3. Add the attached script to the game object (the script adds an accessible button)
4. Build and run the project on Windows or macOS
5. Turn the screen reader on
6. Navigate the application
7. Move or resize the application window
8. Try to navigate the application again

Actual results: The screen reader cannot navigate the application anymore because the accessibility frames are reset.

Expected results: The frames of the accessible elements update accordingly, and the screen reader can navigate the application.

Reproducible with versions: Unity 6000.3.0a3 – latest
