Visual Scripting State/Script Graph Icons Appear Blurry

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new 2D URP project
2. In the Project window, right-click and select Create > Visual Scripting > State Graph (or Script Graph)
3. Observe the newly created asset icons

Actual results: Icons are blurry

Expected results: Icons are not blurry

Reproducible with versions: 1.9.7 (6000.3.0a1, 6000.5.0b2)

Not reproducible with versions: 1.9.7 (6000.2.0b2 (2bdac9ac0d74))

Tested on (OS): macOS Sequoia 15.7.4 (M1), macOS Tahoe 26.3.1 (M4)

Notes:

• Does not reproduce with 3D URP projects
• Regression is in the Editor
