Clicking Scene List in the Build Profiles Window does not Highlight it

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Open Build Profiles Window (File -> Build Profiles)
3. Click Scene List
4. Observe selection

Expected result: Scene list is highlighted upon clicking on it
Actual result: The scene list is not highlighted upon clicking on it

Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b2
