The search bar outline does not cover the whole search bar when hovering mouse on the search bar

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Enable Hierarchy V2 (Unity > Settings > General > Use new Hierarchy window)
3. Hover the mouse cursor on the Search box in the Hierarchy V2 window
4. Observe the black outline around the Search bar

Actual results: The right side of the search bar does not have the black outline

Expected results: THe black outline covers the whole search bar

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a6

Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6

Notes:

• Most likely due to the "Open query in Search window" button overlapping with the search bar right side
