Project Settings Package Manager dropdown button text becomes offcentered when any new package is installed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Open the Package Manager window (Window > Package Management > Package Manager)
3. Switch to Unity Registry and install any package
4. Open the Project Settings window (Edit > Project Settings)
5. Switch to the Package Manager tab
6. Observe the dropdown buttons

Actual results: The text and triangle dropdown button are off centered and there is no gap between the triangle and the text

Expected results: The text and triangle dropdown button are centered and there is a gap between the triangle and the text

Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.51f1, 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.2f1. 6000.2.0a10

Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.3
