Steps to reproduce:

Create a new project, ensure you are in editor light mode.
Download and import Happy Harvest.
Observe Readme in Happy Harvest. (Assets > HappyHarvest > Readme > WelcomeHappyHarvest)

Actual results: Text is white on light grey, which is hard to read in light mode. This is an accessibility issue.

Expected results: No issues with text readability, similar to how it is in dark mode.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0a9, 6000.0.31f1

Tested on (OS): Windows 10

Notes:

Below U6 does not have this problem, but the Readme is also different.
