How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Project window, right-click -> Create -> Shader Graph -> From Template
3. In the search, click the "+" button
4. Observe the first option

Expected results: There is no "Template" option as it is selected by default and applying it changes nothing
Actual results: "Template" option can be applied

Reproducible with: 6000.5.0b9, 6000.6.0a6
Can't test with: 6000.0.76f1, 6000.3.15f1, 6000.4.8f1 (No such functionality)

Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
