Message in the status bar is still displayed when pressing the “Clear” button in the Console window

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “logText.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene (Assets > Scenes)
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Open the Console window
5. Press “Clear” button
6. Observe the status bar

Expected result: No logs are showing up
Actual result: “1” log is showing up

Not reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.15f1, 2023.2.0b11, 2023.3.0a5
