How to reproduce:

Open the attached "IN-144995_Bug1" project
Enter the "Test" scene
Select the "Test" GameObject in the Hierarchy
Select the "Convert To Floating Window" option via the three dots in the Preview window
Observe the "Settings" button next to the "Test 1" section
Close the floating Preview tab
Observe the missing "Settings" button next to "Test 1" in the Preview tab

Actual result: The "Settings" button is missing in the Preview tab
Expected result: The "Settings" button is present

Reproducible with: 6000.4.1f1 (8535861f39e1), 6000.4.8f1
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.77f1, 6000.3.17f1, 6000.4.0f1 (8cf496087c8f), 6000.4.11f1, 6000.5.0b12, 6000.6.0a7
Fixed in: 6000.4.9f1

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Workaround: Open the Floating Preview tab to see the "Settings" button
