How to reproduce:
1. Create an empty Built-in Render Pipeline project
2. Open the Package Manager (Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager)
3. In the Package Manager, install the “Universal Render Pipeline”
4. Go to "Edit -> Rendering”
5. Observe the options in “Edit → Rendering”
Actual result: The “Materials → Convert Selected Built-in Materials to URP” option is missing from “Edit → Rendering”, and converting selected materials from there is not possible
Expected result: An option to "Convert Selected Built-in Materials to URP" is present in "Edit -> Rendering -> Materials"
Reproducible with: 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b2, 6000.6.0a2
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.72f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (By user), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: The material conversion from BiRP to URP functionality was moved to a separate "Render Pipeline Converter" tool, but the previously available option may be more convenient in cases where only a few out of many materials need to be converted
