How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IN-55742.zip"
2. Open Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity
3. Open Window>Animation>Animation
4. Select "GameObject" in the Hierarchy window
5. Click "Add Property" in the Animation window
6. Unfold the "Grid Layout Group"

Expected results: There is a "Padding" property
Actual results: There is no "Padding" property

Reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.15f1, 2023.2.0b11, 2023.3.0a7

Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
