How to reproduce:
1. Create an empty HDRP project
2. Go to Window -> Rendering -> Graphics Compositor
3. Check the "Enable Compositor" checkbox
4. Go to Render Schedule, click a "plus" sign, and add any sublayer
5. Observe the "BaseLayer"
Expected results: The "BaseLayer" didn't change
Actual results: The "BaseLayer" became darker and checking and unchecking any sublayer makes it flicker
