Editor windows turn black when entering the Play Mode

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode

Expected result: Editor enters the Play Mode
Actual result: The Editor’s windows become black

Reproducible with: 72.0.0 (2023.2.20f1)
Not reproducible with: 72.0.0 (2023.2.19f1, 2022.3.59f1, 6000.0.41f1, 6000.1.0b9, 6000.2.0a6)
Fixed in: 72.0.0 (2023.3.0a1)

Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
