Search: Fixed Index Manager's "ForceRebuild" not re-indexing assets.

Search: Fixed Index Manager's "ForceRebuild" not re-indexing assets.

Open Index Manager
Right click on an index, select Force Rebuild
See that we start immediatly at compressing results. The assets are NOT reindexed.
