"Runner Game" Template - Outdated instructions in Setup Unity Ads tutorial

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using the "Runner Game" template
2. Start and follow through the "Setup Unity Ads" tutorial until step 3/4.
3. Observe its instructions, particularly - "Click the Set Mediation Partner button"
4. Observe the accompanying "Project Dashboard" section

Expected results: The instructions match what the user can see in the Project Dashboard
Actual results: The Project Dashboard has a "Get Started" button instead of the "Set Mediation Partner" button
