"Leak detected" message is logged into the Console when Installing or removing the Polybrush package

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open Window>Package Manager
3. Remove the Polybrush package

Expected results: No errors in the Console window
Actual results: "Leak Detected: Persistent allocates 42 individual allocations." is thrown

Not reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.7f1, 2023.3.0b4
