Wrong context menu is opened when right-clicking on error/log message in VFX Graph

How to reproduce:

1. Open any VFX Graph or create a new one
2. In Initialize context right-click white error message icon
3. Observe context menu

Expected result: Context menu has options Ignore and Hide

Actual result: Context menu has Create Node, Create Sticky Note <..>

• not reproducible on 2023.1.18f1
