VFX SG template is shown twice in SG template

Steps to reproduce:

1. open your project
2. Create a new ShaderGraph by using the Tempalte window
3. Scroll to the VFX categories

Actual results: 

The VFX unlit entry is there twice

The VFX unlit entry should be unique
